Shipping & Delivery
Our products are shipped via Small Parcel or freight, determined by quantity ordered. If your order requires freight shipping, then you must be present at your location to receive the product.
Privacy & Security
Privacy & Security are our top concern. We do not sell or re-use your information outside of our company. We reserve the right to use your email address and address that you register with our website to offer specials. We will offer a way to opt our of any programs upon our first mailing to your address.
Returns & Replacements
Returns & replacements are at the liberty of the manufacturer of the product that you purchased. Damaged products will be replaced with a comparible product when a freight or parcel claim is issued. Returns are subject to a restocking fee and all shipping charges withheld.
Ordering
Ordering may be completed by adding to cart and checking out through the website or by calling New Disaster Prep.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is accepted throught the phone or website via major credit card. We use Authorize.net to provide you with a payment gateway. Pricing is subject to change without notice, please contact us for the latest pricing as our site may not reflect current pricing at time of order if pricing changes before we can update.
Viewing Orders
To view orders you have placed you must have registered an account and ordered while logged in. If you have placed an order in this way, you may click my account at the top of the page and view all past orders.
Updating Account Information
You may access your account by clicking My Account at the top of the page and edit your information through the my account page. If you are updating your information for an order you have already placed, please contact New Disaster Preparation by phone to see if it is capable of being changed for your current order.
